The legs are from the Blood Warrior kit, and have much better posture and size. The assault rifles are standard bolters with Admech Infiltrator.

So for sorcerers you want a staff, or some kind of spell effect, daemons being summoned etc.

Take the baleswords and axes ong w heads from the blightlords and switch the with the chains/power axes from the cms termies then vice versa. Yup. Roughly 2/3rds of my Blighty boys (I have 30) and many many PMs are converted or kitbashed from various sources. You just need a smattering of Nurgle bits, green stuff and/or the right paint job.
